About Me

About Me

About Me

Hi, I’m Racheal, your certified pilates instructor and personal trainer.

My passion in life is helping people feel better in their bodies. I fell in love with movement at a young age and began teaching at 17, spending over 26 years in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates teacher. After many injuries and four pregnancies, I’ve learned to rebuild and reconnect with my body time and again — and that experience shapes how I teach. The most powerful tool I’ve found along the way is the full Pilates system "Contrology", which inspired me to create my own studio and share that passion with others. I strive to be the teacher who believes in people before they believe in themselves — helping them discover their strength, build confidence, and the ability to unlock their bodies. My aim is to always make you feel at home in my studio.
